No files avilable for PS5 [closed]

PS5 and PS4 platforms are not available under deployment platforms even though we have the license for the project. It is very frustrating.

Why are some deployment platforms are not available? And any link you click from the launcher directs me to website in French, not very helpful.

This was because our license was not enabled on AK side.
