Integrate button constantly grayed out even for a new Unity project

I created a new empty Unity project
in Unity 2021.3.19.f1
and I cannot click integrate button
no plugins
no extensions
just basic WWise
WWise version:
I tried both 2021.1.12.7973.2529 and 2022.1.2.8150.2694
