How do I run cube as a dedicate server on a Mac?

I am on a Mac, and can run the cube from the terminal using the command RunCubeDemo.sh.  However, when I try to connect to the game using Remote Connections, I can't see the game.  I assume that is because I need to run the game as a server.  How do I run cube on a Mac so that I can connect to it?
