The Audiokinetic Launcher version 2023.1.1.2840 was released yesterday but there is a bug in version 2023.1.0.2637 that prevents the automated update to work properly. This problem can occur on both Windows and Mac systems, here are ways to resolve the issue.

The easiest way to resolve the problem is to manually download the new version of the Audiokinetic Launcher from the website and install it: https://www.audiokinetic.com/en/download.

In some cases this procedure does not work because of some corruption of the cached data. Here are instructions to clear any temporary data the Launcher has fetched.

Windows
- Open a File Explorer window and type "%temp%\WwiseLauncher" in the address bar and press Enter
- Select all folders and files and delete them

Mac
- Open the Terminal application and type "open $TMPDIR/WwiseLauncher" and press Enter
- Select all folders and files and delete them

Manually install the Audiokinetic Launcher after clearing the temporary data.
