Wwise crashes when trying to launch profiler

I am doing the Wwise 101 course. Wwise and the cube game both run perfectly.

But when I try and launch the profiler, Wwise crashes and I have to do ctrl-alt-delete and end task Wwise as it stops responding.

I am using version 2021.1.13.8036, on a windows laptop core i5 windows 10.

If you are not getting an Error Reporter window to send a crash report to Audiokinetic, I suggest you send a Bug Report describing your exact setup and reproduction steps.
