Hello I`m a composer and sound designer, Do i have to know c++ for integrate music on a game for SFX and original music.

That largely depends on your project. Wwise itself is very intuitive, but it is a lot to take in all at once. You will more than likely need some sort of experience with coding in order to build out functional gameplay SFX/linked music, do some research into your desired platform to learn more about the integration process.
