Since the introduction of the Multi-Process Cooking Beta feature of Unreal Engine, we have received a few reports that enabling this feature leads to errors being reported by the Wwise Resource Cooker Module. This results in Wwise sounds not being cooked in the build. We are aware of the problem with this beta feature of the Unreal Engine and we are planning to support it in a future version. Unfortunately, we cannot support an Unreal Engine feature before it becomes officially supported by Epic.

At this point we expect to have support for this feature in the next major release cycle. We are aiming to introduce this in time for the Wwise 2024.1 beta in the Summer of 2024.

Hello,

Is there an update regarding this functionality? I believe this was originally penciled in for with Unreal Engine 5.4 - But this doesn't seem to be the case on the following version:

Wwise SDK 2023.1.3.8471
Wwise UE5.4 plugin 2023.1.3.8471.2970
