Why isn't the PS5 or Xbox Series X options when installing Wwise?

I am working on a Project that needs PS5 and XBOX Series X as part of the Wwise installation. I can see those as options when I look at my project account and the game/license using these platforms has already shipped with those. How do I install PS5 and XBOX Series X platforms for Wwise version 2019.2.1.7250?
