question about strata subscription renewal date [已关闭]

my renewal date is January 15th 2024. I paid my first payment last year.

If I fail to pay the subscription fee on January 15th 2024, will I lose access to Strata for good?

I'm going to pay the second payment for sure, but I think I need more time.
