I have my school registered as a licensed school but it is not showing up in the school directory??

I have our University of Tulsa registered a s licensed school and have multiple classes registered, yet we do not show up in the directory?
How can we resolve this issue

Hi, I just took a quick look at directory and it looks like University of Tulsa is in the directory. Could you check to see if this is the right page?
