PCM Files Do Not Convert to Vorbis

Wwise Version 2023.1.0 - Build 8367

After upgrading to this version of WWise, I have found that quite a number of audio files will not convert to Vorbis.   (Remain Blue within Project Explorer) .  I have confirmed this under the Conversion tab, Original vs. Converted

Is this a known issue by chance?
