Problem with Crankcase REV initialization and Autoload

I am working with UE5-WWise Integration. I want to disable the AutoLoad property of an AkAudioEvent which take advantage of the Crankcase REV plugin; however, after manually load the event, when I call postEvent, an error message shows 'plug-in initialization failure: CrankcaseAudio REV', which were not happen when the AutoLoad is enabled. Are there any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
