GUI Cursor Selection Bug

I am having an issue with the Wwise GUI (Windows) in general. Mouse selection is inaccurate, i.e. when I select an object, it selects the item directly underneath it. I've had this GUI issue for the last several versions of Wwise I've messed around with (currently using v. 2023.1.1.8417). The only solution I've found is to select at the very top pixel of the item I want to highlight, but this makes the workflow incredibly slow with tons of misclicks. Same issue persists on my laptop as well.  GPU drivers up to date.  Reinstalled Wwise, tried different versions of Wwise, and even reinstalled the Wwise launcher.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, and/or know of a solution?
