Unity integration upgrade fails on macOS: ENOENT error on 'NewVersion.txt'

I've been attempting to use the Audiokinetic Launcher to upgrade the Wwise Unity integration in my project, but I keep receiving the error:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, rename '<my project path>/Assets/Wwise/NewVersion.txt' -> '<my project path>/Assets/Wwise/Version.txt'

Does anyone know what this means? The log is not very helpful.

 

Operating System: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, M1 Pro hardware

Wwise Launcher: 2023.2.4.3909

Unity version: 2022.3.20f1

Starting Wwise version: 2021.1.10

Target Wwise version: 2021.1.14
