Project file corrupt? [closed]

Please help! I've been copy and pasting backup folders of my project just in case, but today I accidentally opened an old one and now when I open the most recent project file, all the settings are being referenced from this old file. This means I've lost two good days of work and would REALLY like to claw those back if possible?!

As you can see from the screenshot, the project file was created and saved on 09/04/15 at 11.14 but modified on 07/04/15 12.04    

Any help would be massively appreciated!!
