Hello,

I have been unable to begin the Wwise 101 course as Wwise does not see my computer in the remote connections window. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, installed different versions and checked my security and firewall preferences. Even with my firewall disabled, Wwise does not see my mac when running cube. I've also tried to connect to IP but it just says "trying to connect" and ultimately nothing happens. Please help! Thanks!

I ran into the same issue and the workaround I found is
1. Run Cube
2. Open Terminal
3. enter `lsof -i | grep CubeMac`
4. It will show something like
     CubeMacPr xxx xxx ...... TCP *:53428 (LISTEN)
     The number 53428 may vary from time to time.
5. Go to wwise --> Connect to Remote Platform --> Connect To IP, and put
      127.0.0.1:53428
Song W. 's answer helped me work around the same issue on my own Unity project, but I still can't figure out how to get the project to ever show up in the regular window. Does anyone have a true fix to the problem?
