Game Syncs not showing up in SoundBank?

I am using Wwise 2023.1.6, but am also having this same problem on Wwise 2023.1.1

I am trying to generate a SoundBank with everything in my Wwise project including events, audio files, and game syncs such as associated States and RTPCs. The events and audio files were all included successfully, but the game syncs tab for the SoundBank is completely empty (and I cannot drag and drop or copy and paste the game syncs in from the project explorer manually) despite several of the audio files for events included within the SoundBank being directly linked with various game syncs such as States and RTPCs.

Has anyone else had this issue, and any idea how to fix it? Thanks!
