Hey everyone! Has anyone here any experience with creating "above, out-of-head" type of sound events in wwise (in 2.0/stereo format)? Using the elevation (or/also azimuth?) rtpc's in some way? Or plugins (binaural render's)? I'm trying to make distinctive enemy footstep sounds, for when they're above or below the player/listener. I've tried the 'google-resonance-binaural-render'er' plugin, tried some manual eq stuff that resembled some "hrtf-elevation frequency responses" found online - but all to no avail - as I never got good enough results. The "endpoint-binaural renderer", dolby atmos and windows sonic, does a good job for me, but I'm trying to stay in stereo. Preferably I'd want to fix this without a plugin- but I'll gladly take plugins tips as well!
Thanks in advance!
