Wwise 2024 Music Segment Editor LPF/HPF [closed]

I'm following the 201 lessons. Currently on the section about applying HPF/LPF to your clips in the music segment editor. In the examples the blue line for LPF and HPF have their default position at the bottom of the waveform which is intuitive (at the bottom = off). However in Wwise 2024, the lines are in a default position directly in the middle of the waveform. You can drag the line above or below this default position, though only dragging it up seems to have an effect (for both LP and HP). Why is the line's default position in the middle if dragging it down has no effect? Wonder if I'm missing something.

Also, how do you reset the HPF/LPF line to its default position? I can delete the key points if they're added in the middle but you can't delete the beginning and ending points so seem unable to reset it to its default position aside from doing it visually as close as I can
