Wwise and Cube for lessons

I can only run Cube on the most recent version of wwise, but the lesson folders use the 2021 versions, how can I change that?

I don't think you can. If you're finding discrepencies that makes navigating the lesson content difficult, it might be worth downloading the 2021 version so you can follow along the lessons in that version, and then revisit the most recent version documentation so you can see how things have changed since 2021.
