We are encountering an intermittent audio issue in our Unity WebGL build, which utilizes Wwise for audio management. While playing and testing the game in the browser, we occasionally experience a rare problem where all other audio streams running in the browser collapse, displaying the error "Audio rendering error. Please restart your computer." After reloading the game tab, the issue disappears. Could you provide insight into what might be causing this problem? Please review it and offer some advice on how to approach this, especially since it cannot be easily reproduced. Thank you!

Here’s our project setup:

  • Unity: 2022.3.21f1
  • Wwise: 2023.1.8.8601
