Hi, Is there a workaround to creating Wwise sound packages with 2025.1 for authoring in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024? Currently, their platform officially supports 2022.1.13.8454, but it's still very dated, and we'd like to leverage new technologies and improvements in recent Wwise builds to further push audio in the Flight Sim industry. Many thanks! Tyler

Hi Tyler,

as outlined in our Wwise Versioning documentation, backward compatibility between major Wwise releases cannot be guaranteed. Using a newer version is only possible if the game's developers choose to update their integration to support it. At this time, you will need to use the version recommended and supported by the developers.
