How to add more languages?

Is it possible to add some more different languages in Language List and project structure?

unfortunately, it is not possible to add other languages to the list.  However, there is nothing preventing you to use any language in the list as a placeholder for a missing language.  Those are just fixed directory names, they don't need to match the language in your user interface or SKU.
