Is there a way to control Buss Volume Per Platform?

I need to turn down my secondary buss I am using on PS4 for controller sound on the PC platform.

 

We are pushing it thru the main buss output due to the lack of controller speaker (ie. mixing the outputs together).  But the secondary buss is too loud on PC now.

 

Can I control Buss volume per platform somewhere?
