Problem with sounds triggering twice in cube demo

Hi,

At the end of lesson 5 after generating the soundbank and testing my work, I noticed the shotgun head and tail sounds were occasionally triggering twice, sometimes just the tail, and other times both head and tail.  Thinking this was an error on my part a went through the lesson again following the documentation to the letter, but the problem persisted. I also loaded lessons 3, 4, and 5 without changing anything and tested them within the cube demo. Same thing happened.

Is this a known issue? Or am I doing something wrong?
