Wwise 2014 and 2015 don't support bluetooth audio output on background with mix audio iOS

In wwise 2013 it was possible to have audio output to bluetooth headset, have the audio ran on background and mix with audio from another app like spotify. Since moving to use AVAudioSession (with wwise 2014) this has not been working anymore.

I can have bluetooth audio output in ambient mode, but no music mixing or background audio OR

I can have background audio and mixing but no bluetooth audio output in playandrecord mode.
