Yesterday I had Unity and Wwise getting along. Generating soundbanks, the events would appear in the Wwise Picker - worked like it should. For seemingly no reason, that all went away. Unity will not populate with any more of my added events. The events from yesterday are there, and I cannot change them , remove them, or effect them in anyway. In Wwise, I have added sounds to events, which are in the default work unit, which is in the soundbank. I generate the soundbank with NO ERRORS. I go to Unity and refresh, and the events are unchanged. Unity also reports NO errors.

Things I have tried which have NOT worked:

  • Checked and double checked the location of the soundbank/made sure that Unity is looking in that same spot for the soundbank
  • Moved the soundbank to see if that would help (I now have multiple soundbanks in multiple places, just in case)
  • Created a new soundbank in Wwise and added all the events to it
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the Wwise integration package in Unity
  • I checked the notepad document log that my soundbank generates, and the new events ARE listed there

I am at a stalemate until this is resolved - PLEASE HELP!!

Oh, I have Wwise v2014.1.4 build 5248 64-bit and Unity 5

try reinstalling all in unity. i had a similar issue where i was creating new events but they wouldn't show.
