We are trying to package a UE4 project that is using the Wwise UE4 plug-in. We are receiving a fatal error that reads:

\plugins\wwise\source\akaudio\public\AkInclude.h(24): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'AK/AkWwiseSDKVersion.h': No such file or directory

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? It is greatly appreciated.

Hello Ali, this error is reported because UE4 cannot find Wwise SDK files. Since the Wwise UE4 integration may need to be rebuilt on the fly by the Unreal Editor during the packaging process, several folders from the Wwise SDK installation folder must be copied into the "Wwise" plug-in folder hierarchy. To be able to package your project properly, follow the steps in the " Installation " section of the Wwise Unreal Plugin documentation https://www.audiokinetic.com/library/edge/?source=UE4&id=installation.html

hope this helps !

I've copied over the files, regenerated the solution, and still get this error. Are the paths listed in the docs up-to-date? If I open the .uproject and play the game, there is no sound.
