akaudiolib.cpp, line 630, AkaudioMgr.cpp line 669 asserts, what do they mean?

Hello, I have sink that gets re-initialized by the wwise engine when a disconnect happens, internally there are asserts that get triggered but I don't know what they mean, there is no message that comes up. Any help appreciated, I'm using build 2015.1.5 5499.
