Can't open new file

Question

I have installed the Wwise 32bit, when I click the "NEW" button, type the file name, then click "OK',

That's a message showing  

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program:...013.2.6 build

4848\Authoring\Win32\Release\bin\Wwise.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information."

1. Did you use the " Setup for Windows" link, or you directly downloaded "Wwise Authoring (32-bit)"? You need to use the Setup for Windows link.
2. Was the path specified for the new project too deep? Maybe try a path with less character. (Ex: C:\project)
3. Are you able to open the Sample Project, ot the Integration Demo project?
