Failed to initialize the sound engine. Abort.

I have a 'Failed to initialize the sound engine. Abort.' message when initializing Wwise 2016.2.0 with Unity 5.4.x on XBoxOne.
AkSoundEngine.Init() return an AKRESULT.AK_Fail error, and I have no details to understand the problem.

Found the problem, it was because of FMod was enabled.
