UWP with downloading pck

Hi,  We are facing a issue that we build a project in UWP with Unity, and we package the stream datas to limit the data-size.

since UWP have no permission to download datas to app's storage, and AddBasePath() is not implemented, so we can not change the base path of wwise  .

How can we save and load the pcks which downloaded from the servers?
