Hi there. I had a previous wwise Unity integration installed, and I recently wanted to update it to include more platforms. Unfortunately when I try to do so using the launcher, it gets stuck on "Retrieving Wwise Integration details", where it hangs, assumably for ever. I'm going to leave it on over night to see if things improve. 

Any idea what to do about this? I tried blowing away all of my wwise integration files in the project to start from scratch, but I get the same result. I also tried installing the integration to a blank project and copying the files over, but unfortunately I get an bank load failure in that case.

I would like to bump this question because I'm having this same issue in 2019 currently. Same with "Retrieving list from server" for the sample games. I'm trying to start on the Wwise 301 track, but I can't even install the game. I'm trying to find how to install the unity integration package but not finding it anywhere either.
