Can Wwise *return* a child selected under a random container to code so it can be replicated so all hear the same sound?

Can Wwise *return* a child selected under a random container to code so it can be replicated and shared so all players hear the same selection?
or
Can Wwise return the number of children contained in an Event to code?

I am working on a multiplayer game in Unreal-- we want random voice over options to play the same line for everybody on the server.
