Can't run Wwise

Hello everyone,

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Wwise and can't wait to try it out and learning to use it.

But unfortunatly I can't. I obviously did something wrong when installing Wwise. Everytime I open it I get this error message several times before I can finally access the programm:

"Plug-in definition error at line 0:

failed to load external entity file:///C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Audiokinetic/Wwisebuild4674/Authoring/Data/Schemas/Plugin.xsd"

 

Please can anyone help me ?

Plugin.xsd is installed by AuthoringData.msi.  It appears that AuthoringData.msi was not installed correctly.  

Did you use the web installer Wwise_2013.1_Setup.exe for the installation?

I recommend uninstalling any 2013.1 components installed, and re-installing using Wwise_2013.1_Setup.exe.
