Impossible to get layout Schematic

Hi

 No way to get this layout either by the menu either by F9.

Then i get no object window + the transport window ???

Bug??

Somebody can help?

2017 1.3 64(bit) on PC i7 windows 10.

Can you try menu: Layout > Reset Factory Layout.  Then try again F9.
