Game-Defined Reverb Zones Don't flush after scene is unloaded / continue to send signal although player is outside zone.

Moreover, they take up the maximum of 4 zones specification, preventing new relevant zones from functioning. The scenes containing the zones and their respective game objects are destroyed, but the game-defined sends remain.
