Missing references when updating through BitBucket/Sourcetree

We are tree people working on our project using bitBucket/sourcetree.

We all have Wwise installed locally, the same version.

Each time somebody pushes a new update or pulls one, the Wwise scripts are missing? This makes the workflow incredible hard.

We can't push the whole Wwise project/plugin since its 400 mb, and our limit is 2 gb which we are close to. It's also a lot of space for just one plugin.
