Building Unreal without installing wwise?

We have a number of programmers on our wwise-based Unreal project, and some of them don't have wwise installed and can't install it for various reasons.

They can't build currently because Visual Studio can't find the wwise header files.

Is there a way of getting around this so every single programmer doesn't have to install and set up Wwise?
