Wwise not Install

Hello, why wwise not install on my computer? this message appears when you try to install.

I already had installed wwise and when I tried to upgrade to the latest version it gave error and does not install anymore, I already tried everything ...

can I install any .msi program except wwise

Dont have this key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\0F3A40905A35DC74780CD7D0F8D842DB
The registry key for wwise has only those 2, can it be deleted?

The other options I had already tried, I already tried to install as administrator and it does not work...

A common cause of the error is a damaged version of the program’s setup file. Delete the installer file, clear your temporary internet files as well as temporary files folder. Now download the setup file again, this time to a different location. Now try to run it and see.

Today windows had a major update and now I was able to install wwise.
