How to change Unreal Engine's default directory where built banks are stored?

Usually in Unreal Engine when you build the Wwise banks it is stored in content/wwiseaudio/English(US), however recently it's started building it straight into content/wwiseaudio.

I'm currently sharing a project via source control and other teams will have the banks built to content/wwiseaudio/English(US), meaning that two different versions of the same bank are being built and the incorrect one may be used.

How do you change where Unreal builds the banks?
