How can I install a 32bit version of WWISE on a 64bit windows 10?

0 votes

On the download page you only can download the detected version for your OS, in my case the 64bit windows version of WWISE 2017.2.4.6590

It was possible before to download an MSI file of the 32bit version...

Does anyone know how to download and install the 32bit version of WWISE?

Any Help with this is appreciated

The last version of Wwise Authoring to support 32 bit was 2017.1.x.

See release notes here:
https://www.audiokinetic.com/library/2017.2.3_6575/?source=SDK&id=whatsnew__2017__2.html

Please use 64-bit version.

I can see that the SDK still supports 32bit. Is it possible to compile a 32bit version of a plugin and run it under the 64bit authoring tool and with the WWISE sound engine runtime or are 64bit plugins only supported?
The Wwise Authoring only supports 64-bit plug-ins. If the SDK you are using is 32-bit, you will have to compile the plug-in in 32-bit for the SDK and 64-bit for the Authoring.
