Problem installing plug-in (bundle.json?)

I'm trying to install a 3rd party plug-in. When I try to access the directory the .dll is in, I'm getting this error message:

Cannot install from 'C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins' Cannot find file bundle.json

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

VST Plug-ins are not currently supported in Wwise.
