Could not retrieve Wwise versions from server. You do not have the required permissions to perform the operation

I've never encountered this before, but it seems similar to this problem which was answered by Bernard R from Audiokinetic earlier:

Ensure you've checked out required files if you're using version control (like Perforce). If you read the log, at the bottom it should state specific files it couldn't read from. We had to check out the Config/DefaultGame.ini, for example.
