Move music tracks up and down

How can I move (reorder) music tracks in a music segment?

This used to be possible, but now something is broken in the interface. You used to be able to drag and drop the tracks in the Contents Editor window of the Music Segment. Now the only way to do this is to move the tracks all out of the music segment and then move them back in, in the order you want.
