The meter works each time, but sounds in the Wwise tutorial that played before, now don't.

I checked the Audio settings, all seems fine. I am doing the whole tutorial 101, and I am already on Lesson 7, but for some reason most sounds in all of the projects stopped playing.
Can this be connected to the latest update?

Thanks

I am having a similar issue - except none of my sounds from Wwise 101 course Lesson 1 or 2 play from Wwise - yet I can hear the gun shot sound from the Cube game. (After I removed all the sounds in Cube and implemented the gun shot sound.) This problem started when I installed Wwise 2019.1.10.7250. (I was previously running an old version 2016 and all the sounds played fine in Wwise.) I am on a Mac running Mojave 10.14.6. Should I uninstall the Wwise 2019 version and install an older version? If so which version? Anyone else had this issue running on a Mac? Thx! - Caron

Hey Caron,
Did you try reopening Wwise after setting the Audio Device? On mac, that might be needed.
Also, any Wwise 2019.1.x minor version should do. Could you try using the 2019.1.4, 5 or 6 minor version?

Hey Jan,

That's strange! If the meter works, the sound should also work. Could you let us know a bit more about your setup? and just to make sure... when you say "stopped playing", you're saying they're inaudible and not "stopped" right?

Also, are you on mac? if so, you might have to restart Wwise when you change Audio Device.

Let me know if this helps!
