On a Windows 10 machine I cannot get Wwise Launcher to update. The Wwise Launcher error says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available". I had cleaned up my hard drive weeks ago and removed the WwiseLauncher.msi (who needs the installer after the product has been installed? Little did I know!). I downloaded it again but still get this message - I'm assuming it's because it's a later version of the installer. When try to perform the update and browse to the new installer I get the message "Wwiselauncher.msi is not a valid package for the product Wwise Launcher."... and then "The older version of Wwise Launcher cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group". Nothing seems to work. I've stripped the WWise package completely from my machine by hand now and still when I try and do a fresh install I get the same issue.
