Hi, I have a question regarding using the Synth One function in Wwise to create a very specific type of sound which is normally found in General Midi.

The detailed question is as follows:

  • Using functions existing within Wwise only, how would I be able to create:
  1. An Electric Guitar sound which sounds specifically similar to General Midi's 'Distortion Guitar' and/or 'Overdrive Guitar'?
  2. Sounds which are specifically similar to General Midi's 'Brass' and 'Grand Piano'?

If anyone could provide help and direction with this, I'd be super grateful. Thank you!  ?
