Wwise will not install.

I've been trying to install Wwise but the launcher won't load and keeps coming up with the same error.

The following error occured during initialization:

    PROXY_NOT_RESOLVED

Closing ak-launcher...

I'm using a Mac book pro that's fully updated and I'm a bit of a loss. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
