For some reason, there are certain actors/blueprint classes from which I cannot post events. These classes will load soundbanks and set switches correctly, but Post Event nodes do nothing at all (no error/warning, just nothing). I can copy the blueprint script and paste it in another class which I know can post events, and the event will be called correctly. Using or not using an AK component makes no difference. Any ideas on what to look for?
